Our production base is located in Fuzhou, Jiangxi Province, covering an area of 86,000 square meters,with 500 employees, over 400 machines ,anunal output value exceeds 500 million RMB.

It is close to Guangdong and Zhejiang provinces, making it convenient for customer visit and inspection.

We have three core divisions, the film blowing division, the self-adhesive division, and the flexiable packaging division, they forms an industrial closed-loop from raw materials to finished products, which can fully ensure the quality of the products and the timely delivery schedule.

Flexible pack division

We are equipped with 100 bag-making machines, 8 high-speed printing machines, capable of supporting 9 to 12 color pattern designs, and 8 laminating machines.20 sets of hot stamping machines and 30 auxiliary equipment

supporting the production of a full range of bag types, including side-folded bags, labeled bags, zipper bags, mini wet wipes bags, three-sided sealed bags, four-sided sealed bags, eight-sided sealed bags, stand-up bags, and roll-up bags, with a daily production capacity of 6 million bags.

Our production scope covers printing, laminating and bag-making processes for both single-layer and composite materials, including OPP/MOPP, CPP/VMCPP, PET/VMPET, and PE/VMPE.

Film blowing division

1. First-Generation Intelligent Full-Automatic Batching Warehouse: Achieves precise material proportioning with zero error; equipped with robotic arm for automatic feeding, eliminating manual operation.

2. Fully-Automatic Film Blowing Process: Adopts air ring enclosure design; thickness deviation is controlled within 0.02mm, exceeding industry standards.

3. Cutting-Edge Online Defect Detection System: Equipped with 4 high-speed and high-precision cameras to ensure clean and pollution-free finished products; capable of detecting any stains with a diameter of ≥0.05mm..

Self-adhesive label division

Self-adhesive label division equipped with 2 offset printing machines and 5 flexographic printing machines, supporting the production of multi-type labels with up to 10 colors. Diversified post-processing processes are available, including cold stamping, silk screen printing, varnishing, and degumming.

The daily production capacity reaches 500,000 meters. To ensure product quality, we implement a dual-inspection system (automatic + manual) with a daily inspection capacity exceeding 500,000 meters. Additionally, each batch of products must undergo over 10 laboratory tests via advanced testing equipment.
